We understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase, and we aim to make the process as simple as possible.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. We do not accept returns on headwear. All other returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, email us at cs@statetwentyseven.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return, and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
After receiving and inspecting your item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 15 business days from the time we receive your item(s) for your return to be processed and the refund to appear on your original payment method.
